Make wrench perform validation of standalone repos:

README says to file issues in the main repo
Repository settings configured:
- Issues disabled
- Discussions disabled
- Allow merge commits disabled
- Main branch protected, linear history enforced
.github/FUNDING.yml exists
.github/pull_request_template.md exists
